Very prompt responses and are very professional in everything they do, from viewings, to checks, liaising with all parties and keeping everyone as up to date as possible. We have bought our second home with their help and because of the excellent services they have provided we have decided to rent the property using their services as well. Freeman and Gray were my buyers estate agent and regrettably not ours. We wish we had known about Freeman and Gray before putting ours on the market. They have been a total god send, calling me outside of hours and making every step of the way clear and understandable. From start to finish karl and Dan have been fonominal!we were slightly sceptical to use an agent that wasnt as well known as the other big names, but I tell you what these two guys delivered and have been worth their weight in gold!
