It's been a pretty stressful ordeal but they have both been there every step of the way keeping all parties in the chain up to date even when their own estate agents haven't. Fantastic customer service and honestly put us at ease every step of the way, going beyond and above. Freeman and Gray were my buyers estate agent and regrettably not ours. We wish we had known about Freeman and Gray before putting ours on the market.
